efficient studying!
Wednesday, 31 March 2010 14:49
We all knew by now that for an efficient study, the proper environment is vital.
Some of us prefer our study rooms, others libraries, coffee shops , friends houses and some prefer not to! In either way some basic attributes could help, assuming you don't belong to the last category of course. These attributes include adequate lighting, enough space and easy access to your materials. Even more important is a quiet environment, so you can concentrate!!!! comfortable, but bot too comfortable to fall asleep(pay attention to this one!!!!) and good ventilation(pay attention to this one as well!!!!)
Bearing in mind the above we were not surprised that we got by email the picture in the left from someone apparently studying in Budapest claiming that the best and most efficient studying is in the toilet.
We havent confirmed with him yet if this is just for Hungary, or worst just his toilet, but we quess toilet conditions are similar in average.
Recharging and refreshing in the Baths of Budapest...or not?

So once again lets not be afraid….or not?
Frankly speaking as anyone who has already visited one of the several Budapest baths knows; the chlorine added to the water is enough to exterminate everything including your nostrils.
So dont visit , but only if the idea of soaking for hours next to hundreds of all sort of unknown(and questionable cleanness we should add) people is sending alarming signals to your brain. Personally I would focus only on the large outdoor pools, as the inside ones have a smell and feeling of how to put it? too “public” maybe.
If the above do not concern you, thats fine; there are some very good spots, for all tastes, indoor & outdoor, large & small, locals only & international, more “exclusive” & more "usual".

So let’s leave out academic possibilities (let’s discuss it in another post) and deal with actual living and enjoying Budapest and Hungary.
